Dear colleagues,
We warmly thank you for having signed The Call of December 12th, 2008 (1067 signatories on January 11th, 2009) against the threat of deterioration of knowledges to the university led by the plans of ongoing reform. Your participation was decisive: she contributed, between others, to the keeping of a General meeting to the University Pantheon Sorbonne (bets 1) on Thursday, January 8th, 2009.
The General meeting of the personnels of the University Paris 1 decided on the principle of retention of the notes of the first semestre, and adopted the principle of strike from the second semestre if the plan of overhaul of the decree of 1984 on the status of the teachers researchers is not withdrawn.
The General meeting of Paris 1 also called to the keeping of a National Coordination on Thursday, January 22nd (place to be specified). Call of 12 supports this plan actively, and invites Universities to meet in AG, and to rally National Coordination by preparing as a matter of great urgency the designation of (four) representatives.
We ask you, dear colleagues, to broadcast this message as widely as possible.
Very warmly,
Call of 12
